Roofs built forWasatch winters.
Ogden-based roofing with straight answers. We repair what can be repaired, replace what can't, and walk you through the insurance claim from first inspection to final check.
We've walked more than 250 homeowners through their roof claims, from the first inspection to an approved replacement. Here's how it works.
Inspection & photos
We get on the roof, locate the hail and wind damage, and photo-document all of it. If there's no real damage, we tell you not to file.
File & meet the adjuster
You open the claim with your insurer. We meet the adjuster on your roof and walk them through every damaged area.
Review the scope
We compare the insurance estimate line by line against what the job really needs and submit documentation for anything missed.
Build & close out
We install your new roof, clean up, and send the final invoice and photos your insurer needs to release the rest of the payment.
Hail
Damage
Hail bruises shingles in ways you can't see from the ground. Here's what it does, and how we get it approved.
Utah hail
moves fast.
A few minutes of hail can bruise hundreds of shingles. From the driveway, the roof still looks fine.
Every hit
is a bruise.
Each impact knocks granules loose and cracks the mat underneath. That's where leaks start a season or two later.
Every hit,
on record.
We find every hit on your roof and photograph it, so your adjuster sees exactly what the storm left behind.

How we get hail claims approved
Real photos from real inspections. This is the documentation your adjuster sees.
40+ hits locatedLocate every hit
We go over the roof and find the hail hits on each slope. Insurers want to see how widespread the damage is, so we document all of it.
Collateral damageProve the storm
Soft metals like vent caps dent clearly. Those dents show the hail's size and direction, which backs up the damage on the shingles.
On the roof with youBuild the report
Every slope gets labeled photos of the damage we found. We bring that report to the adjuster meeting and walk them through it in person.
Wind
Damage
Wind lifts, creases and tears shingles off. Here's what it does, and how we prove it to your insurer.
Canyon winds
hit hard.
Downslope winds along the Wasatch Front can gust past 70 mph. They get under the shingle edge and pull.
Tabs lift,
crease and tear.
Once the seal strip breaks, tabs fold back and crease. Some blow off. The rest won't reseal.
We number
every one.
Every creased or missing shingle gets marked and photographed, so the adjuster sees the full extent.

Wind leaves different proof
Wind damage looks different from hail. It breaks the seal strip and folds tabs back. A creased shingle won't reseal, and it's the first to tear off in the next storm.
- Lift test. We check the seal on every slope to find shingles that have let go.
- Number each one. Every creased or missing shingle gets marked and photographed.
- Show the pattern. Damage that runs with the wind direction proves it came from the storm.

Missing tabsMissing & patched
Blown-off tabs and mismatched patch jobs mean the slope needs real repair.
If your roof has years left, we'll tell you. If it needs replacing, we'll show you why.

We install GAF and IKO shingles as a certified installer for both. Your roof comes with the manufacturer's warranty on materials plus our own 10-year warranty on the workmanship.
Straight answers
Will insurance pay for a new roof?
If your roof has storm damage from hail or wind, your homeowner's policy may cover repair or replacement, minus your deductible. Coverage depends on your policy and the damage. We'll inspect first and tell you honestly whether filing makes sense.
Do I need a full replacement, or will a repair do?
Often a repair is enough. We look at the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is, and the condition of the decking, then give you both options when both are reasonable.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most full replacements on a typical home take one to two days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs can take longer, and we'll give you a timeline before we start.
Which shingles do you use?
We install GAF and IKO architectural shingles, and we're a certified installer for both. We'll help you pick a line and color that fits your home and budget.
What warranty do I get?
Two layers of coverage. The manufacturer's warranty from GAF or IKO covers the shingles, and our 10-year workmanship warranty covers the installation. If something we installed fails because of how it was put on, we fix it.
What areas do you serve?
Every city in Weber, Davis and Salt Lake County, plus Brigham City, Tremonton and Lehi. The full list is in the service area section above.
